Opening Prayer & Teaching: A heart-centered beginning with an invocation and a guided reflection on the power of reconnecting with your ancestral medicine.
Copal Cleansing + Agua Florida Ritual: Experience a sacred cleansing ritual using the purifying smoke of copal resin and the clarifying, uplifting essence of Agua Florida (Florida Water) to clear stagnant energy from your aura and space.
Sound Healing Journey: Be immersed in a deep vibrational sound bath utilizing the grounding rhythm of the drum, the soothing melodies of the flute, and the resonant tones of the harmonica. This sonic experience is designed to shift your energetic field, promoting deep relaxation and emotional release.
Closing Plática (Heart-Centered Dialogue) & Closing Prayer: We will conclude with a Plática—an intimate, shared dialogue—to integrate the experience, followed by a final prayer to seal the healing and carry the energy forward.
