Nature Walk & Talk at the Deerfield Arboretum
Bring your family and immerse yourself in the lush beauty of our Arboretum, while enjoying a relaxing stroll with like-minded individuals.
Every month explores a different "theme", our guided walk may include mindfulness practice, learning about our eco-system, gardening tips, and other topics that can help us feel more connected to the Nature around us and understand how to protect it.
The Arboretum, our "Tree Zoo," is approximately nine acres of land containing over 200 exotic trees from five continents around the world. These trees are displayed along a half-mile walking path, fully accessible by wheelchair. The types of trees included in the tree zoo are Flowering Tropical Fruit, Exotics, Palms, Wetlands, Bamboo, Natives, and the Butterfly Garden. The tropical rain forest houses two waterfalls and a stream.
