Proper self-care is the key to reducing stress, anxiety and increasing overall wellbeing. Self-care can include a variety of things such as exercise, massage, eating well, meditation, and yoga. Another act of self-care could even be taking some cannabis to try and lower stress and anxiety. Some people will purchase this cannabis from a dispensary, whilst others will find cannabis seeds online and grow them themselves. Either way, people can benefit from cannabis for self-care.
