3 Part Virtual Mindfulness Course (Online)
About this event
This three-part course will take place on October 14, 21, and 28 from 6:00-7:00 pm edt.
Heal The Planet will be offering a three-part mindfulness course.
The courses will be offered virtually, with each part broken down into 1-hour classes.
All skill levels are welcome!
In these courses, you will learn the basic principles and benefits of mindfulness. We will practice breath work and tuning into our bodies. Leaving you with increased skills for relaxation, integration, and emotional regulation.
Mindfulness is not about controlling your thoughts, but rather to stop letting them control you.
At Heal The Planet, we strive to be more mindful in all things that we do, increasing our power of choice. We welcome you to join us on this journey of healing our own health and the health of the planet.
