GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Servings: 2

Ingredients:
1 cup liquid (water, almond milk, coconut milk or coconut water)
1 cup leafy greens such as spinach, kale, or romaine lettuce
1 cup mixed organic berries

1 frozen banana
1 cucumber

How To Make Your Own Green Smoothie:
1. First add your liquid of choice followed by the fruit, leafy greens, and
cucumber.
2. Add in your favorite optional items, blend until creamy, and Enjoy!

Optional: walnuts, almonds, cashews, chia seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds
