2 Frozen Bananas
3 Medjool dates
10-12 oz Almond Milk
1 Heaping teaspoon of raw cacao powder (if you like it chocolatey 1 heaping tablespoon of raw cacao powder)
Pea or rice protein
1 tablespoon raw oats
2 leaves romains lettuce
