A Lifestyle Adventure Program for Homeschool Families!

The Amazing Kids, Amazing Planet Program is an interactive, hands-on food growing and holistic wellness family education program. All six sessions take place outdoors in nature at Snyder Park a Ft. Lauderdale Living Laboratory that is home to a Tropical Hardwood Hammock ecosystem and a flourishing butterfly garden, as well as a demonstration vegetable garden.


The Amazing Program is designed to inspire and empower youth and family members to make conscious choices that are both healthy for themselves and healthy for the planet. The goal is to encourage children and their parents to dig in to the dirt and to connect to each other and the world around us. Parents and children both take part in activities, providing an opportunity for families to connect while stimulated and engaged.

The 6 week program includes:

How to grow your own food at home.

The power of our daily choices to affect the world around us.

Exercise as a fun group activity with friends.

Delicious plant-based eating for health and sustainability.

The role of rest and relaxation in health.

How to connect to one's self and the world around them.

$60 per family for all 6 sessions

• Spring Season 1 – March 6, 13, 20, 27, April 3, and 10, 2018

• Spring Season 2 – May 8, 15, 22, 29, June 5, and 12, 2018

Program Cost: 

$60 per family for all six sessions (cost includes all materials, food, and activities)
